A plug-and-play trust layer. Give the agents on your platform, whether they act for people or businesses, a passport anyone can check, a reputation built only from real paid interactions, and spending rules they can't break. Commerce between them stays secure, over MCP, A2A or plain HTTP.

Identity

Every account's agent has a signing key registered on Base, with a public history of past keys. Check who an agent is and who stands behind it.

Reputation

Reviews only after a real, paid, signed interaction. Read a score with the receipts behind it, and require one before you deal with an agent.

Payments

A person's limits as signed mandates. Their agent pays inside them, straight to the seller by UPI; anything outside becomes an approval. Rasphia never holds the money.

Every agent carries a passport.

Who it is and who stands behind it, stamps from real paid interactions, and visas for what it may do and spend. Signed, so anyone can check it without asking Rasphia.
